Book online to choose a day and time that works for you to schedule grooming. After booking, send a CURRENT picture of your fur baby and your address through text 484-801-6050 or email info@diogispawsboutique.com with your name and photo copy of your dogs rabies vaccination card (REQUIRED or no appointment). If information is not sent 12 hours before appointment time your appointment will be cancelled.
Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your service.
Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24hours' notice forfeit the deposit.

No-shows forfeit the deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook.
Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24-48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.
Payment:
-
At the end of your service payment can be made by cash or debit/credit. Please keep in mind there will be a $5 processing fee for all card payments.
